The entire process is developed in house which allows for client flexibility and innova. Our heat shrinkable capsules can provide you with a unique finish at advantageous pricing. The entire process from the pvc production, the tube extrusion, the printing and personalisation, the moulding and the addition of the aluminium disc onto the capsule top are done in house. We can provide the aluminium top capsules in a wide range of colours and these can be customised on both the skirt and on the top.

Tubencap offers a wide range of tamper-evident solutions depending on the technical and aesthetic characteristics desired: size, shape, gloss, easy to open, colours and printing. For example, a perforation can be included for easier removal and opening. They are available in rolls for automated application or in pre-cuts for manual application.
